US Shipping

All orders within the United States are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer two shipping options for our US customers:

1. Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 4-7 business days, depending on the destination city. This service is reliable and cost-effective, ensuring your TUXUAN products arrive in time for your special occasion.

2. Upgraded Shipping: For customers who need their items faster, we offer upgraded shipping that guarantees delivery within 2-3 business days. This option is ideal for last-minute preparations or when you want to ensure your items arrive sooner.

International Shipping

For our customers outside the United States, we also provide two shipping options:

1. Standard International Shipping: Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days. This service is designed to accommodate our international customers with a balance of cost and delivery speed.

2. Upgraded International Shipping: If you require faster delivery, we offer an upgraded shipping service that ensures your order arrives within 3-4 business days.

Processing and Delivery Time

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders placed before 12pm Eastern Time (ET) will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm ET will be processed and shipped the following business day.

We provide each customer with a tracking link for all shipments, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order online. It’s important to remember that delivery times are estimates and may not be guaranteed due to unforeseen delays at the post office or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Delays

If you experience any shipping delays, we recommend you first contact your local USPS office with your tracking number to inquire about the status of your package. If this does not resolve your issue, please email us at info@tuxuan.co with your order number, and we will be more than happy to assist you in tracking down your shipment.
